Between the Corona crisis and the lockdown, the case of movement of migrant laborers has reached the Supreme Court. Hearing a Public Interest Litigation, the Supreme Court has ordered the Central Government to investigate the matter and take action in the matter of workers' voice between the two states.

कोरोना संकट और लॉकडाउन के बीच प्रवासी मजदूरों की घर वापसी का मुद्दा चर्चा का विषय बना हुआ है। कई जगह से लॉकडाउन के बीच में प्रवासी मजूदूरों के सैंकड़ों किलोमीटर पैदल चलकर घर जाने की खबरें रही हैं. इस बीच सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने प्रवासी मजदूरों की आवाजाही को लेकर एक बड़ा आदेश दिया है. एक एनजीओ की ओर से दाखिल जनहित याचिका पर सुनवाई करते हुए सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने केंद्र सरकार को मामले की जांच करने और दो राज्यों के बीच मजदूरों की आवाजही रोकने के आदेश दिए हैं.
