The Delhiites suffered a double blow in the lockdown. After imposing 70 percent corona cess on the price of liquor, the Delhi government has now also increased the prices of petrol and diesel. Kejriwal government of Delhi has increased VAT on petrol and diesel. Delhi government has increased VAT on petrol from 27% to 30%, while VAT on diesel has been increased from 16.75% to 30%. After the decision of the government, both petrol and diesel have become expensive in Delhi from today.

लॉकडाउन में दिल्ली वालों को डबल झटका लगा है। दिल्ली सरकार ने पहले शराब की कीमत पर 70 प्रतिशत कोरोना सेस लगाने के बाद अब पेट्रोल-डीजल की कीमतों में भी बढ़ोतरी की है। दिल्ली की केजरीवाल सरकार ने पेट्रोल-डीजल पर वैट बढ़ा दिया है। दिल्ली सरकार ने पेट्रोल पर वैट को 27% से बढ़ाकर 30% कर दिया है तो वहीं डीजल पर वैट को 16.75 % से बढ़ाकर 30% कर दिया है। सरकार के फैसले के बाद दिल्ली में आज से पेट्रोल और डीजल दोनों मंहगे हो गए हैं
