While addressing a poll rally in Maharashtra, Shiv Sena leader Sanjay Raut made objectionable remarks on the model code of conduct. “He reminds me again and again of model code of conduct. We are kind of people who don’t abide by the law. To hell with the law, I spoke out what is in my mind,” he said.
