Narendra Modi government's plan to build around 14,000 bunkers in five districts of Jammu and Kashmir along the LoC and international border has failed to pick up the pace. The construction of bunkers, aimed at shielding the locals from Pakistani ceasefire violations, is going on a very slow pace and so far, only around 1 thousand bunkers have been made.
