Sachin Tendulkar has pledged to feed 5000 people for one month as the country grapples through coronavirus pandemic. A non-profit organisation named Apnalaya confirmed the development on Twitter and went on to thank Tendulkar for his contribution.

सचिन तेंदुलकर ने एक बार फिर से इन गरीब परिवारों की मदद करने का फैसला किया है। सचिन तेंदुलकर ने एक गैर सरकारी संगठन 'अपनालय' के साथ मिलकर 5000 परिवारों के महीने भर के राशन की जिम्मेदारी ली है। इसके तहत वह 5000 परिवारों के लिये महीने भर का राशन उपलब्ध करायेंगे।
