Popular film actor Dharmendra's 'He-Man Restaurant' has been sealed on GT Road. The Karnal Municipal Corporation has put a notice on the dhaba while sealing action. Significantly, on 14 February this year, Dharmendra himself inaugurated 'Heiman' by cutting the ribbon. The Municipal Corporation has taken action with the police force for sealing the dhaba.
