The Supreme Court will on Wednesday hear a plea filed by the Delhi riot victims seeking FIR to be registered against BJP leaders for delivering hate speeches. The PIL has been filed by 10 people from Northeast Delhi who are victims of the communal clashes that rocked the national capital over 3 days.
