The Supreme Court will hear a batch of petitions seeking a court-monitored probe into the Pegasus spyware controversy on Thursday, August 10. A bench comprising Chief Justice N V Ramana and Justice Surya Kant will hear petitions in the case. During the hearing in this case on August 5, the court had termed the allegations as serious and directed that the petitioner should first give a copy of his petition to the public prosecutor.
