The Supreme Court has given a big decision on the petitions challenging the Article 370 Abrogation from Jammu and Kashmir. The Supreme Court has refused to send the petitions to the larger bench. The petitioner's demand was that it be sent to a bench of 7 judges. The legal validity of article 370 has been challenged in the Supreme Court.

सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने जम्मू कश्मीर से आर्टिकल 370 हटाने को चुनौती देने वाली याचिकाओं पर बड़ा फैसला सुनाया है. सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने याचिकाओं को बड़ी बेंच के पास भेजने से इनकार कर दिया है. याचिकाकर्ता की मांग थी कि इसे 7 जजों की बेंच को भेजा जाए. आर्टिकल 370 की कानूनी वैधता को सुप्रीम कोर्ट में चुनौती दी गई है.
