Suspense remains intact on the hanging of Nirbhaya's convicts. While the convict is busy trying a legal option. This time convict Vinay Sharma has again approached the Supreme Court. Convicted Vinay on Tuesday dismissed the mercy petition in the Supreme Court Challenged the President's decision. In the application filed through advocate AP Singh, Vinay said that he is mentally ill and cannot be hanged by lawful mental patient.
