The hanging of Nirbhaya killers may be postponed again. One of the four convicts, Vinay, has moved a new approach to escape the death penalty. After Nirbhaya convict Mukesh Singh, now another convict Vinay Sharma has also sent a mercy petition to President Ram Nath Kovind. In the mercy petition sent to the President, Vinay Sharma has written another application to the President. In which, through his lawyer AP Singh, he told his objection to the President.
