भारत ने समुद्र से दुश्मन के ठिकानों पर एटमी हमला करने में सक्षम बैलिस्टिक मिसाइल का सफल परीक्षण किया है. रविवार को आंध्र प्रदेश के तट से 3,500 किलोमीटर की मारक क्षमता वाली इस मिसाइल का सफल परीक्षण किया गया. इस सबमरीन मिसाइल को रक्षा अनुसंधान और विकास संगठन ने तैयार किया है. जिसको स्वदेशी आईएनएस अरिहंत-श्रेणी की परमाणु-संचालित पनडुब्बियों पर तैनात किया जाएगा.
