For Preparing Paneer Rice:
- 2 tsp Oil
- 1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds
- 1/2 tsp Ginger-Garlic Paste
- Cashew Nuts
- 50 gms Paneer
- 1 cup Rice (cooked)
- Salt
For Preparing Tomato Rice:
- 2 tsp Oil
- 1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds
- 1/2 tsp Ginger-Garlic Paste
- 1/4 cup Tomato Puree
- 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
- 1/4 cup Carrot (grated)
- Red Colour
- 1 cup Rice (cooked)
- Salt
For Preparing Palak Rice:
- 2 tsp Oil
- 1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds
- 1/2 tsp Ginger-Garlic Paste
- 1/4 cup Spinach Puree
- 1 tsp Coriander & Cumin Seeds Powder
- Salt
- 1/4 tsp Garam Masala Powder
- 1 cup Rice (boiled)
