The National Company Law Appellate Tribunal, or NCLAT, on Wednesday gave a major relief to Cyrus Mistry. Actually NCLAT has given the verdict in favor of Cyrus Mistry. He was again directed to be the chairman of Tata Sons. The tribunal has clarified that the removal of Cyrus Mistry from the post was wrong.

नेशनल कंपनी लॉ अपीलेट ट्रिब्यूनल यानि एनसीएलएटी ने बुधवार को सायरस मिस्त्री को बड़ी राहत दी। दरअसल एनसीएलएटी ने सायरस मिस्त्री के पक्ष में फैसला दिया है। उन्हें फिर से टाटा सन्स का चेयरमैन बनाने का निर्देश दिया। ट्रिब्यूनल ने साफ किया है कि सायरस मिस्त्री को पद से हटाना गलत था।
