Pakistan-based Jaish-e-Mohammed (JeM) had planned more attacks after the February 14 Pulwama car bombing in which over 40 CRPF personnel were martyred, some particularly in the Delhi-NCR, National Investigation Agency said that one of the operatives of the terror group carried out reconnaissance near-critical government facilities such as South Block and Central Secretariat for more attacks after Pulwama.

पाकिस्तान स्थित आतंकी संगठन जैश-ए-मोहम्मद के गुर्गे पुलवामा हमले के बाद भी चुप नहीं बैठे थे. जम्मू-कश्मीर को दहलाने के बाद जैश के आतंकियों का अगला टारगेट राजधानी दिल्ली थी. आतंकी दिल्ली में बड़े हमले को अंजाम देने की साजिश रच रहे थे. राष्‍ट्रीय जांच एजेंसी एनआईए की मानें तो पुलवामा आतंकी हमले को अंजाम देने के बाद जैश-ए-मोहम्‍मद ने दिल्‍ली में हमलों के लिए कुछ टारगेट्स की पहचान की थी।
