In the meantime Sourav could be the president of the Indian cricket team for three years not for only ten months Sourav time period will be made clear at the Indian Cricket Control Boards general meeting in Mumbai on December 1 the meeting will be held to take steps to amend the constitution to keep Sourav as the board president and Jay Shah as secretary for the next three years.

भारतीय टीम के पूर्व कप्तान सौरव गांगुली पिछले महीने ही भारतीय क्रिकेट कण्ट्रोल बोर्ड बीसीसीआई के अध्यक्ष बने है..पिछले कई सालों से बोर्ड सीओए के अधीन थी लेकिन अब दादा उनके अध्यक्ष बन गये हैं..1954 के बाद पहला मौका है जब कोई भारतीय कप्तान बोर्ड का अध्यक्ष बना है..इससे क्रिकेट जगत में भी काफी ख़ुशी थी..आपको बता दे बीसीसीआई के संविधान के अनुसार कोई भी व्यक्ति क्रिकेट बोर्ड और एसोसिएशन में लगातार 6 साल तक ही रह सकता है.. उसके बाद उसे कूलिंग ऑफ पीरियड के तहत दो साल तक बोर्ड के साथ नहीं रखा जा सकता..बता दे दादा साल 2014 में क्रिकेट एसोसिएशन ऑफ बंगाल के साथ जुड़े थे..जून में उनके 6 साल पूरे हो रहे हैं..इसी वजह से नियम के मुताबिक उन्हें अपना पद छोड़ना पड़ेगा
