Passers-by rescued an adorable puppy which was found stuffed inside a sack at Mahasarakham University in Mahasarakham, northeastern Thailand in the evening on September 25.

Thammatach Tonkanya, who is seen in the video, said he heard the puppy whimpering. He said: ''We don't know if the dog was tangled up himself or if somebody tied it in the bag. We released him and he's safe now.''
