A puppy and its mother were reunited after firefighters freed the pup’s head, which was stuck in the middle of a wheel on Friday, April 6. No one is quite sure how the dog got its head stuck, a news report said.
Representatives from Bastrop County Shelter, Wags, Hope and Healing, and Bastrop County Emergency Services worked together to free the dog, which took quite a bit of work. The jaws of life and oil didn’t work, and rescuers had to twist the dog from the tire, the news report said.
