Businessman Cedric Lee and Simeon "Zimmer" Raz on Wednesday afternoon arrived in handcuffs at the Taguig Regional Trial Court Branch 271, where their arraignment in relation to the January 22 mauling of actor Vhong Navarro was held. Lee and Raz, charged for the non-bailable offense of serious illegal detention, were accompanied by their legal counsel, Atty. Howard Calleja. After the arraignment, Lee and Raz was brought back to the National Bureau of Investigation headquarters in Manila, where they have been detained since Sunday, following their arrest in Oras, Eastern Samar last Saturday.
