Businessman Delfin Lee arrived at the Regional Trial Court in Pampanga this afternoon for his arraignment, but it has been reset to Friday. Earlier today, Lee's camp filed a petition to the Court of Appeals questioning his arrest. They are also asking the appellate court to order the Pampanga Regional Trial Court to immediately release him. The Pampanga RTC is handling the syndicated estafa case against Lee. Lee's camp insists the warrant issued by the trial court for his arrest has been quashed by the appellate court's decision last November, 2013. Lee also asserts he has been delisted from the PNP's "wanted" list. - ANC
