MANILA -- Atty. Emmanuel Fontanilla, spokesperson of the Moro National Liberation Front (MNLF) - Nur Misuari faction, said the founding chairman has no plans of surrendering. Fontanilla was referring to the arrest warrant issued by a Zamboanga court against Misuari and his ground commander Habier Malik.
