MANILA - Heavy flooding has been reported in San Migurl, Bulacan province. Water in 17 barangays are up to three feet deep while in Barangay Kamias, the floods are said to be more than man deep. Residents have been evacuated. The Bustos Dam also continues to release water and affected residents in Baliwag, Plaridel, Calumpit and Hagonoy have been advised to evacuate. -- News Now, October 12, 2013
