Seekh kabab khichri:
Ingredients
Seekh kabab 1packet
Split green gram 1cup
Rice 2cups
Onion 1
Ginger garlic paste 1tbsp
Green chilies 6
Turmeric 1tsp
Salt 1tsp
Tomatoes 2
Oil ½ cup
Method
Heat oil and fry onions, now add tomatoes and spices , then add rice and lentil , when rice and lentil tender reduce the flame , now fry the seekh kabab pieces , when khichri tender and kababs and serve.
Fish Curry :
Ingredients
Fish ½ kg
Tomatoes ½ kg
Cayenne pepper 6
Cumin 2tsp
Salt ½ tsp
Turmeric 1tsp
Ginger garlic 2tsp
Lemon juice 2tbsp
Onion 2
Curry leaves 6
Mustard 1tsp
Coconut powder 1tbsp
Fennel 1tsp
Mango dried 6
Oil ½ cup
Green chilies as required
Coriander as required
Method
Marinate fish with turmeric and salt and set aside , now heat oil add cumin , onion , and ginger garlic , now grind tomatoes and cayenne pepper , now add this tomatoes in onion , red chilies , mustard , curry leaves , coconut , fennel and dried mango , when it boils add fish , lastly sprinkle green chilies , coriander and lemon juice and serve.
Aalu Tamatar:
Ingredients
Potatoes boil ½ kg
Tomatoes 375gm
Turmeric ½ tsp
Cumin 1tsp
Salt as required
Curry leaves 2
Red chili round 2
Chat masala as required
Oil ½ cup
Method
Heat oil add curry leaves , red chilies and cumin ,now add tomatoes, turmeric , salt and potatoes simmer for 10 min , lastly sprinkle chat masala and serve.
