Upvas Dosa is made up of samo rice
Ingredients:-

- 1 cup Samo Rice
- 2 tbsp Sago
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 1 Green chili (chopped)
- Rock salt
- 2 tbsp Curd
- 3 cups of water
- Ghee

Method:-
1. Take dry samo rice, sago and grind it (Not too powdery)

2. Put the grinded mixture of samo rice and sago in a bowl and add cumin seeds, chopped green chilli, rock salt, curd

3. Mix all of this well, and add water as we need the consistency of rawa dosa which has a thin batter

4. Now, Take a non-stick and heat it on a high flame, so that when we put the batter on it, it should create 'netlike' texture

5. Stir the batter, take a top portion and start putting it from the edges

6. Cook it on a medium to low heat so that it gets nice & crispy

7. Once the dosa batter dries a little, put some ghee onto it and again cook it on low heat until it gets crispy

8. Now flip the dosa and once it is ready, take it out on a plate
