Education Minister Maszlee Malik told Parliament today that the National Higher Education Fund (PTPTN) managed to collect RM6.23 billion from 2013 to May 2019, from 1.13 million borrowers.
Maszlee also said PTPTN is expected to present its latest repayment scheme proposal to the cabinet in August.
