Australian Publication the AU review interviews Matthew Healy and George Daniel from The 1975 in Sydney, Australia while they were in town for a Splendour in the Grass sideshow.

In part one, we talk about their second visit to Australia this year - discover that they have plans to return before the year is out - and find out how their manic touring schedule has been treating them since they last were in Oz for the Big Day Out.

We then ask Matt respond to Bastille's frontman Dan Smith's recent quote: "I reckon The 1975 will be headlining festivals in a year or so". Matt and George give their two cents on that theory before talking about their friendship with Bastille and how bands like the two of them become friends on the road... though they may not be friends with Metallica anytime soon...
