Here in part two of our Sydney interview with English ‘garage pop’ band, Circa Waves, the AU review delves further into the band’s extensive tour with the 1975 and the band reveals their possible ‘stalking’ tendencies.
Next, Circa Waves anticipates their upcoming Sydney shows, including a show at the Hordern Pavilion, a venue that has hosted the likes of Nirvana—no pressure there.
We then ask the band about their upcoming involvement in the mixed-arts Texan festival, South by Southwest, and they reveal their longtime admiration for mutual Englishmen and past festival performers, Arctic Monkeys.
We end the interview with the band’s description of their new album, Young Chasers, and they disclose their hopes for its reception amongst their listeners.
