Despite the stalled talks between the two countries... The U.S. has reaffirmed that it's still open to negotiations with North Korea.

She said, the North Korean leader had promised denuclearization to both President Trump and Secretary of State Mike Pompeo... and that negotiations are ongoing,... meaning.... Washington has its door open for more talks.
