Ayodhya Ram Mandir Case Hearing Live Updates: According to reports, member of the 5-judge bench of the Supreme Court Justice UU Lalit withdrew his name earlier this morning, following which the CJI said that a new Supreme Court bench will be constituted in the Ayodhya land dispute case. Meanwhile, the hearing has been adjourned till January 29. The new Supreme Court bench will be constituted before the next hearing date in the case which is January 29.

अयोध्या के विवादित राम जन्मभूमि-बाबरी मस्जिद भूमि मामले के लिए अब नई बेंच का गठन होगा, जो 29 जनवरी को इस मामले की सुनवाई करेगी. जैसे ही जजों ने सुनवाई शुरू की, मुस्लिम पक्ष के वकील राजीव धवन ने संवैधानिक बेंच के गठन और जस्टिस यूयू ललित पर सवाल उठाए. उन्होंने कहा कि जस्टिस ललित बतौर वकील साल 1994 में कल्याण सिंह की ओर से पेश हुए थे. इसके बाद जस्टिस ललित ने खुद को इस मामले से अलग कर लिया. चीफ जस्टिस रंजन गोगोई ने इसकी जानकारी दी. उन्होंने कहा कि पीठ आज सिर्फ तारीख तय करने बैठी है. उन्होंने कहा कि नई बेंच का गठन करने का अधिकार मेरे पास है.
