Making a point about holding Assembly elections in Jammu and Kashmir amid flooding and ongoing rescue operations, the BJP's senior leader Subramanian Swamy on Sunday suggested that President's rule should be imposed in the state for a year.
Swamy, who is known for speaking his mind, said that for one year J&K should be under President's rule and the elections should be held later.
