Even as clamour for the arrest of Italian envoy Daniele Mancini grows for misleading the country on the return of the two marines, the Supreme Court has restrained the envoy from leaving India. The SC has also issued notice to the envoy for breaching the undertaking offered by him to bring back the two naval guards facing trial for killing two Kerala fishermen. SC has directed the envoy to furnish his reply by March 18.
