Two days after a female Gwalior judge approached the Supreme Court over sexual harassment charges directed against a Madhya Pradesh High Court judge, the apex court has issued a notice to the accused.
The SC has also put a stay on the MP HC inquiry committee probing the case. The former judge had approached the SC earlier this week saying that the probe committee of the MP HC will be biased as the accused judge is from the same court.
