A blame game is raging over the gang-rape incident, with Delhi Chief Minister Sheila Dikshit asking for the resignation of police commissioner Neeraj Kumar. Dikshit has approached the Home Minister with her demand. Saying that law and order is solely the responsibility of the police for the Commissioner should quit. Neeraj Kumar has said that he won't go till he's asked to by the government.
