The 68-member Himachal Pradesh is all geared for the polls tomorrow, with battle lines clearly drawn between the ruling BJP and the Congress.Led by Chief Minister Prem Kumar Dhumal, the incumbent BJP is hoping to better their 2007 performance when it won 41 seats as against the Congress's 23. This time around, corruption and price rise seems to have pushed anti-incumbency factor, with both the parties trading corruption charges against each other.
