Ahead of the assembly elections in Himachal Pradesh on Sunday, Newsx caught up with its Chief Minister Prem Kumar Dhumal who is seeking a second consecutive term. Dhumal is confident that there is no such thing as anti-incumbency wave prevailing in the State and that people are actually against the Centre for depriving it of many benefits bestowed by the NDA.
