Pawan Kumar Bansal has been selected as the new Railways Minister. Prime Minister Manmohan Singh expanded his cabinet on Sunday, saying he had brought in youth and experience while allotting portfolios. He further said hopefully this is the last reshuffle before 2014 elections. Bansal, 64, is a member of the 15th Lok Sabha of India. He was the Union Cabinet Minister of Water Resources in the previous cabinet.
