In a gruesome incident in Meerut, a man has allegedly raped and murdered his eight-year-old step daughter. The victim's mother has filed an FIR against her husband Dinesh, based on which a case has been registered against him. The victim's mother had returned from office at night when she identified her daughter's dead body. The victim's body has been sent for postmortem. However, Dinesh is still on the run.
