Sharad Pawar and his deputy, Praful Patel, who skipped a cabinet meeting this evening to convey their displeasure to the Congress, have reportedly offered to resign from the cabinet, say sources within the the Nationalist Congress Party or the NCP. Sources in their party, the NCP, said that they waited for the Presidential poll to end, as a courtesy to the UPA coalition they belong to. A top source in the NCP said "The Congress does not know how to run a coalition government."
