The capital city of Delhi continues to remain unsafe for women...in the latest a Russian national has alleged that she was assaulted and raped by a group of men in North Delhi on Saturday night. Shockingly the police ignored the foreign national's plight, failing to register a FIR till Sunday morning. The incident occurred on Saturday when the victim, along with her husband was accosted by a group of men, who misbehaved with them. The alleged assailants then raped the victim; threatening her with dire consequences should she file a complaint.
