The Judicial Commission probing the Adarsh Housing Society scam has submitted the interim to the Maharashtra Chief Secretary on a sealed envelope. The report is expected to throw light on the issues of ownership and reservation of the plot of land in south Mumbai, on which the scam-tainted Adarsh Society stands.
