SC gives relief to MCD and licencing auth overall compensation reduced. Though ansal's share of compensation to be paid goes up from 55 per cent to 85per cent.Compensation for dead reduced from 18 lakh to 10 lakh for age 20+ and from 15lakh to 7.5. Lakhs to those below 20 yrs.
