Contractors operating the Gurgaon expressway and Gurgaon-Jaipur stretch of NH-8 are making a killing with a major chunk going to the highways authority, The government on Monday accepted in Lok Sabha that there were problems with the legislation on collection of toll on national highways and said it would soon amend the relevant rules to bring relief to commuters.
