ఏపిలో 2009 లో ఎస్టీ నియోజ‌క‌వ‌ర్గం గా రూపాంతరం చెందింది అర‌కు. విజ‌య‌న‌గ‌రం-తూర్పు గోదావ‌రి జిల్లాలోని అసెంబ్లీ నియోజ‌క‌వ‌ర్గాల క‌లిపి అర‌కు ఎస్టీ నియోజ‌క‌వ‌ర్గం గా ఏర్ప‌డింది. పూర్వం పార్వ‌తీపురం లోక్‌స‌భ నియోజ‌క‌వ‌ర్గం 1957 లో ప్రారంభ‌మై ప్ర‌ధానంగా శ‌త్రుచ‌ర్ల‌-వైరిచ‌ర్ల గిరిజ‌న రాజ వంశీకుల మ‌ధ్య ప్ర‌ధానంగా పోటీ ఉండేది.
