ప్రధాని నరేంద్ర మోడీ అస్సోం పర్యటన జరిగింది. విపక్షపార్టీలపై మోడీ కత్తులు దువ్వారు. పార్లమెంటులో గత కొన్నేళ్లుగా పెండింగ్‌లో ఉన్నవివాదాస్పద అస్సోం సిటిజెన్‌షిప్ బిల్లుపై విపక్షాలు ప్రజలను అయోమయానికి గురిచేస్తున్నాయని ధ్వజమెత్తారు. అసలు ఈ బిల్లు తీసుకురావడం వెనక ఉన్న ఉద్దేశం ఏమిటో ముందుగా తెలుసుకోవాలని ఆయన సూచించారు. ప్రజలను తప్పుదోవ పట్టిస్తున్న పార్టీలన్నీ ఎంత గొప్ప పార్టీలో తెలుసని ఎద్దేవా చేశారు. భారత్‌లోకి చొరబడి దేశ వనరులను దోచుకునేవారికి, ఇతర దేశాల్లో మతపరమైన హింసలు ఎదుర్కొంటూ దేశంలో తలదాచుకునేందుకు వస్తున్నవారు ఎవరో ముందుగా తెలుసుకోవాలని మోడీ సూచించారు.
