Barisan Nasional lawmakers staged a mini-walkout just before lunch time after the Dewan Rakyat Speaker was adamant in disallowing MIC vice-president Datuk C. Sivarraajh into the House.

The mini-walkout ensued after the lawmakers had requested the Speaker to allow Sivarraajh in the Dewan Rakyat, pending an appeal against a court decision to nullify his victory in the Cameron Highlands constituency in the recent election.
