Bread Pakoda is a easy snack recipe made by stuffing potato mixture inside bread slices. This snack recipe tastes best when paired with green chutney. Do try it at home and share your feedback in the comments below.
Ingredients:
4-5 Potatoes, boiled&grated
1 tbsp Ginger-chilli paste
1 tsp Cumin powder
1 tsp Coriander powder
1 tsp Ajwain
Coriander leaves, chopped
2 Cubes Cheese, grated
Salt to taste
Bread slices
Schezwan sauce
Tomato Ketchup
For Batter
¼ cup Gram flour
½ tsp Salt
½ tsp Red Chilli powder
Turmeric powder
Coriander leaves, chopped
Water as reqired
Method of preparation:
In a bowl add potatoes, ginger-chilli paste, cumin powder, coriander powder, ajwain, coriander leaves, cheese, salt and mix well.
Take a piece of bread, apply schezwan sauce on it and top it with the potato stuffing.
Take another layer of bread, apply tomato ketchup on it and place it on the potato stuffing.
Slice the breads in triangle shape.
Heat oil in a vessel, dip the bread into the batter and fry it on low flame.
For Batter
In a bowl, add gram flour, salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander leaves, water and mix well.
Our Bread Pakoda is ready to serve.
