Zakir Musa who was earlier affiliated with Hizb ul Mujahideen outfit was spotted in Amritsar along with a few other men after which Dinanagar police station released his posters. The report said that the spotting of Musa comes after intelligence agencies informed about the presence of Jaish-e-Mohammed militants in the state.
