Rakesh Asthana Reached Delhi High Court Seeking Quashing Of The Cbi's Fir Against Him. Special director of CBI Rakesh Asthana has approached the Delhi High Court against registering an FIR against him. They have filed a petition seeking the cancellation of the FIR registered by the CBI. However, the court has rejected Asthana's plea.

सीबीआई के विशेष निदेशक राकेश अस्थाना ने अपने खिलाफ एफआईआर दर्ज किए जाने के खिलाफ दिल्ली हाई कोर्ट का रुख किया। उन्होंने याचिका दाखिल कर CBI द्वारा दर्ज की गई एफआईआर रद्द करने की मांग की है। हालांकि कोर्ट ने अस्थाना की याचिका को खारिज कर दिया है।
