Regarding harassment faced by women, the following unwelcome behavior comes under the definition of harassment as defined by the Supreme Court of India. In India there are several strict laws and regulations present in the legal system for bullying anyone in the workplace. These laws are supposed to address all types of workplace harassment including discrimination, sexual and mental/psychological irritation caused by the employer.
