Hurricane Rosa brought strong winds and heavy rain to Yuma, Arizona, on September 30.

The National Weather Service issued a flash flood warning for parts of Arizona and southeast California, including Yuma County. The warning will remain in effect until Tuesday night. Rosa was expected to make landfall over Baja California on Monday.
